Need help implementing and rolling-out privacy tools and solutions like OneTrust?
OneTrust (Starting, Refreshing, or migrating away)
Implementing Privacy software like OneTrust requires a lot of time to properly configure and launch the modules to your privacy network and business users. Buying the software is easy, but many Privacy Officers struggle to get the most out of the software due to it’s complexity. Some find themselves still not using it after a year because they underestimated how hard it would be to build, test, and embed it into business processes. That last part, the ‘embedding’, is the hardest. Your people have to love and understand it if it’s to work! I have experience in Privacy and OneTrust and can help you configure it to work for you.
If you already have OneTrust and would like to migrate away from it to another solution, I can help set-up your new tool and migrate your OneTrust data over to it. There are simpler and cheaper solutions available and which one is right for you depends on the size of your company, your level of privacy risk, and of course…your budget.
CoreStream
My most recent client engaged me to implement CoreStream for various purposes in their Privacy and Information Security programmes. I am experienced on how to manage your CoreStream project and can help configure your modules. It’s worth considering if you’re looking for a solution close to what OneTrust can offer but at a lower cost.
Spreadsheets
Contrary to what software vendors tell you, it is still possible to manage your privacy activities using good old spreadsheets. I can build advanced spreadsheets for any privacy requirement including assessments, inventories (powering ROPAs), data rights request management and demonstrating compliance. I don’t just build tables with logic…I enhance them with buttons and macros to provide a simple and easy user experience. It’s definitely worth considering for small and medium size organisations.
Whatever you need, my services include planning your implementation, building your assessments, configuring your modules, and actually helping you to deliver brilliant solutions and tools to the people in your business. This is more than just technical configuration (which is relatively easy)…it’s about generating a privacy culture and building privacy into processes and procedures with an easy-to-use privacy suite of tools.
